To provide individualized in- home supports for children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. Direct Support Professional staff will be providing the following services:
Provides outcome-based training to enhance personal skill level in the home and community. Skill training is designed to increase or maintain the individuals self help, socialization, and adaptive skills and participate in his/her own community.
Provides assistance to attain or maintain safe and sanitary living conditions and/or maintain personal cleanliness and activities of daily living. This service may be provided in the individual's home or community.
Provides short term care and supervision, giving respite to the primary caregiver. This service may be provided in the individual's home or in another licensed setting.
Provides basic household activities to maintain safe and sanitary living conditions. This service is provided in the individual's home.
